WOTUS MARKED FOR DEATH: President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order that took the first step toward killing off the Waters of the U.S. rule on Tuesday, Pro’s Annie Snider reports, but there’s still a long way to go before the much-maligned rule can be declared dead.

“It was a massive power grab,” Trump said at the signing. His executive order instructs the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to “review and reconsider” the rule and directs Attorney General Jeff Sessions to ask the Supreme Court to hold off on considering the challenge to WOTUS it was expected to take up later this spring…
