WYDEN PUSHES ADMINISTRATION ON ETHICS WAIVERS: PresidentDonald Trump’s administration disclosed under pressure earlier this month the waivers it had issued to former lobbyists and other administration officials exempting them from Trump’s ethics rules. But Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) is concerned that future waivers granted by the administration — which is still working to fill hundreds of positions — won’t be made public in the same way. On Thursday, Wyden sent letters to the Treasury Department, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Social Security Administration asking them to provide the Senate Finance Committee with copies of any new waivers it grants within seven days….
